Why Drivers Choose Aggregates Now
We built our hauling network around owner-operators — not large fleet contracts. That means you get direct dispatch, consistent volume, and a partner who treats your truck like a business asset.
01
Consistent Load Volume
We coordinate material delivery across multiple Texas markets simultaneously — that means load opportunities seven days a week, not just when a single contractor needs a truck.
02
Direct Dispatch
You deal with us directly. No load boards. No third-party dispatch apps taking a cut. We contact you with load details — material, pickup location, drop location, and timing.
03
Local Hauls — No Deadhead
Most of our loads run within a 50–100 mile radius. Pit to jobsite. You’re not running cross-country. You’re building a reliable local route that maximizes your loads per day.
04
Competitive Pay Per Load
We pay per load or hourly depending on job type. Rates are negotiated upfront — no surprises on the back end. We want drivers to come back, so we pay rates that make that worth it.
05
Multiple Material Types
Road base, fill dirt, crushed limestone, rip rap, sand, crushed concrete, and more. Diverse material types mean load availability across more pit locations and more jobsites.
06
Growing Network
Aggregates Now is actively expanding across Central and North Texas. More markets means more load opportunities for drivers already in the network when new territory comes online.

Drive With Us — FAQ
Do I need to own my truck to drive with Aggregates Now?
Yes. We work exclusively with owner-operators and small fleet operators who own their equipment. We do not hire company drivers or provide trucks. Your truck is your business — we provide the loads.
What truck types do you need?
We work with all standard dump truck configurations — 10 yard, tri-axle, quad-axle, super dump, end dump, aluminum end dump, demolition dump, and truck-and-pup. Belly dumps are also welcome for specific load types.
How does dispatch work?
Dispatch is direct — we contact you by phone with load details including material type, pit pickup address, jobsite delivery address, and timing. No load boards, no apps, no middlemen taking a percentage.
How far are most hauls?
Most loads run within a 30–100 mile radius — pit to jobsite. We work with local pits and construction jobsites, so the goal is short, repeatable hauls that maximize your loads per day, not long-distance cross-state runs.
Can I work in multiple markets?
Yes. If you’re willing to cover multiple Texas markets — Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Waco, San Antonio, Tyler, Abilene, Wichita Falls — note that in your application. Multi-market availability increases your load volume and consistency.
How quickly will I hear back after applying?
We review all driver applications within 24 business hours and follow up by phone. If your equipment and coverage area match an active market need, we’ll move quickly to get you dispatched.
